We are currently seeking a talented, detail oriented individual or individuals to join our design team in our pursuit of providing quality design solutions to meet our clients' needs.

ARCHITECT / PROJECT DESIGNER  

 

QUALIFICATIONS

​

  • Bachelor of Sciences in Architectural Studies 

  • 3-5 yrs experience in an architectural office setting

  • Experience in all phases of project development

  • Experience with the permitting process

  • Familiar with the Energy Code and IBC, IRC, ANSI, ADA Standards for accessible design.  

  • Motivated to learn and contribute in a team environment

  • Interest in pursuing Architectural licensure preferred

  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred

  • Experience using 3-D and graphic software design tools

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Design and graphic skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Must live in or have the ability to relocate within commuting distance and have reliable transportation to facilitate a full time, in-office work schedule.


RESPONSIBILITIES

​​

  • Support all phases of project development from Design through Construction Administration

  • Assist Project Architect with project assignments and deadlines

​

BENEFITS

 

  • Annual salary range $60k-85k DOE

This is not a remote position and employees are expected to work full time (40 hrs/week) in person at our main office location. Some travel to job sites may be required.

BIM TECHNICIAN / DRAFTER

QUALIFICATIONS

​

  • 3+ yrs' experience,  motivated to learn and contribute in a team environment

  • Drafting or BIM certification preferred

  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred

  • Experience in architectural or engineering documentation required

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Motivated self-starter
