This project was a tenant improvement / interior renovation of an existing 2,200 sf space for a new pet nutritian center and wellness spa. The construction included new areas for retail, pet grooming, office and storage, and modification of the exterior of the building.

EASTMONT PLAZA | East Wenatchee, WA
The former Eastmont Junior High School campus and building, built in 1947, was upgraded and remodeled, including converting the gymnasium into Gold's Gym and the classroom building remodeled into modern office spaces. Tenants include the Eastern Regional Headquarters for Washington State Parks & Recreation and Washington State Employment Security.
MISSION PLAZA | Wenatchee, WA
This 9,800 sf southwest style professional office project was an extensive re-development and facelift of an existing non-descript 1970's wood-clad single-tenant office building.
US POST OFFICE | Wenatchee, WA
The remodel of this building transformed it from a Chinese restaurant to a USPS office. MJ Neal Contributed with the exterior design and site development. The 5,444 square foot building was cleared out from the inside but some of the decorative parapet structure on the exterior was re-used to create a more contemporary feel. Bulked up walls and parapets were finished with box metal panels which gave the building a very professional and clean look.
